What is Wimo?

Wimo is a monitoring solution that allows you to visualize your production data on a dashboard.
Wimo automatically links with Wino's data to give you graphic visualizations of various data sets including production progress, inventory status, and more!

Can I use only Wimo without Wino?

No, Wimo is a dashboard-type monitoring service that uses data coming from Wino, so you can use Wimo only when data is available from Wino.

Does Wimo have a free trial version too?

No, Wimo’s free trial is still under development.
If you would like to try it before purchase, please make a request for a free trial by clicking [Contact us] > ‘Inquiry’ on top.

How do I cancel or receive a refund for my purchase?

- You may be refunded the full amount of your purchase within seven days from the date of purchase as long as there is no actual usage of the server.
- For contract cancellation requests made after the subscription withdrawal period (seven days), you will be refunded the remaining balance minus the cancellation fee (10% of entire payment amount) and (number of months used x 1-month membership fee).
- In the event of subscription withdrawal or contract cancellation, you will be responsible for expenses associated with the return of goods or services provided, and the payment minus the cancellation fee will be refunded within three days after the request for subscription withdrawal or contract cancellation is made.
