How do I start my free trial?
Sign up today on our website and register your company information. Then click on ‘Try Wino’ to download the trial version. If you are having trouble finding the ‘Try Wino’ button, on the top side, go to SUPPORT > Resources > How to download Wino free trial. For further inquiries on how to download trial, please contact Wino customer support at wino@wizcore.co.kr.

What do I do once I have requested for a free trial?
Download and install the trial version of Wino on your PC, and you are good to go! You can start data management just with a simple installation without having to purchase any additional devices.

How do I cancel or receive a refund for my purchase?
- You may be refunded the full amount of your purchase within seven days from the date of purchase as long as there is no actual usage of the server.
- For contract cancellation requests made after the subscription withdrawal period (seven days), you will be refunded the remaining balance minus the cancellation fee (10% of entire payment amount) and (number of months used x 1-month membership fee).
- In the event of subscription withdrawal or contract cancellation, you will be responsible for expenses associated with the return of goods or services provided, and the payment minus the cancellation fee will be refunded within three days after the request for subscription withdrawal or contract cancellation is made.
- For a detailed refund policy, please refer to the ‘Terms of Use’ at the bottom.
